Oceanix, an innovator in maritime solutions, through X-Marine, the comprehensive collection of all its solutions, services and tools, is the industry’s best in enhancing vessel performance. The platform helps to achieve considerable cost reductions in both fuel and total operations, resulting in huge savings and reduced emissions.
Xmarine is dedicated to maximizing vessel performance. Through innovative strategies, the company achieves substantial cost reductions in both fuel and overall operations, leading to significant savings.
An essential aspect of their mission is the commitment to decarbonization, aligning financial success with environmental responsibility.
Xmarine not only drives economic benefits but also plays a vital role in reducing the industry’s carbon footprint, fostering a more sustainable and eco- friendly future for maritime operations.
X-Fleet sets the standard for vessel monitoring with a focus on data excellence. This module specializes in two key areas: Data Quality Monitoring and Live Location Monitoring
Data Quality Monitoring
Through Data Quality Monitoring, X-Fleet ensures that the information collected from vessels is accurate, reliable, and consistent, enabling informed decision-making.
Live Location Monitoring
The Live Location Monitoring system provides real-time updates on vessel positions, enhancing operational efficiency and safety, and providing visibility for decision makers.
Aimed at optimizing data processes within the maritime industry, X-Data simplifies data collection, management, and accessibility while promoting efficiency and informed decision- making.
Vessel Data Management
Vessel Data Management, abbreviated as VDM, serves as a digital solution designed to streamline the collection, cleansing, and management of crucial vessel data. It aims to ensure that all stakeholders involved in various aspects of ship operation and management can readily access the necessary information from anywhere in the world, at any time, thereby enhancing efficiency and informed decision-making throughout all shipping activities.
Smart Data Management
Smart data system on phone is an easy to use app. It creates a smooth digital path for entering and organizing data without any hassle. This means you can put in data digitally without any trouble, and the system helps you understand the information better.
X-Ops is all about efficiently using space and fuel for voyages. X-Ops is engineered to improve operational efficiency by optimizing cargo space utilization and reducing sailing time, resulting in cost savings and environmental benefits.
Cargo Utilization
Cargo utilization refers to how well the available space for cargo shipment is used effectively. The savings percentage in this context indicates how much space and money can be saved by packing cargo more efficiently.
Sailing Percentage
During maneuvering, port, anchorages and stoppages the auxiliary engine is the main source of power. By optimizing time spent on sailing, emissions from auxiliary engines and boilers can be reduced considerably. This service not only saves money but also benefits the environment by reducing fuel consumption.
X-Trim adjusts the orientation of the ship to facilitate more efficient vessel performance. This is crucial for saving fuel during voyages. By optimizing the trim, ships can move through water with less resistance, resulting in impressive fuel savings of 4 %.
What makes X-Trim special is that it is our unique offering. Using this method not only saves money by reducing fuel costs but also showcases our innovative approach to enhancing ship performance.
X-Zero is the guardian of nature. It computes environmental indicators like CII and EEOI, which are like ship eco-scores to assess the impact of the ships on the environment.
X-Zero also gives each ship a “vessel ranking” based on how green it is. This ranking is not just within a single fleet, but also compared to other ships globally. So, ships can see how their impact ranks within their fleet and in comparison, with other fleets worldwide. X-Zero helps ships be kinder to the planet and shows them where they stand in the race to be environmentally friendly.
X-Mach proactively identifies any emerging issues related to vessel machineries, thus averting potential complications. It functions as a reliable watcher, contributing to the optimal functioning of the vessel, from core propulsion mechanisms to intricate machinery elements.
Main Engine Monitoring
The heart of any vessel is its Main Engine, and X-Mach keeps a vigilant eye on it. By continuously monitoring the main engine, X-Mach ensures that it operates at optimal levels, reducing the risk of breakdowns and unexpected downtime.
Auxiliary Engine Monitoring
Supporting the main engine, Auxiliary Engines are crucial for auxiliary systems and backup power. X-Mach extends its watchful gaze to these engines, ensuring their reliability and efficiency. In the maritime world, diesel generators are essential for providing electricity on board. X-Mach takes charge of monitoring these critical generators, ensuring they are always ready to deliver power when required.
Other Machinery Monitoring
Beyond the main and auxiliary engines, vessels are equipped with a plethora of machinery like Boilers. X-Mach’s capabilities extend to monitoring all these intricate elements.
X-Hull keeps an eye on the ship’s condition and uses its maintenance trigger to tell when fixes are required. This helps ships stay in good shape and avoids larger downtimes. Plus, X-Hull looks at how well the ship performs when it’s in service, making sure it works great on the water.
Dry Dock Performance
To evaluate how well the most recent dry dock compares to the past, the speed loss of the post- drydock period (one year) of the most recent dry dock is compared to the average of the earlier dry docks. The dry dock performance evaluates the effectiveness of the recent dry dock.
In Service Performance
To benchmark the hull degradation with the level promised by the coating provider, the speed loss throughout the first year following the dry dock is compared to the rest of the period. Ships can compare the actual hull performance with the guarantee provided by the coating provider through in service performance evaluation.
Maintenance Trigger
To determine whether hull or propeller maintenance is necessary, the initial three/six/twelve months speed loss is compared to the most recent identical period and evaluated with the projected speed loss difference. Maintenance trigger helps find the right time to dry dock for maximum effectiveness.
